Sadly we don’t offer free samples before placing an order but we do include free samples with purchases so please let us know if there is a scent you did not order but would love to try! Wax melts are also a great way to test our fragrances before buying a bigger candle.

We make all candles in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. We hand pour in small batches to ensure each one is top quality. The whole process is done-in house by founder Marie Smith.

We want you to love your products but if for any reason you are not completely statisfied with your purchases then contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@seraphicmoon.co.uk. 

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in the original complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in it’s original packaging nor in a reasonable condition will not be refunded.

Depending on the reason for return you will not be refunded any original delivery charges.

If you received your order and unfortunately the goods have been damaged during delivery then please let us know right away – contact@seraphicmoon.co.uk. Please email us with the details along with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch at busy times. If you require a candle for a specific date please contact us before purchasing and we will be glad to help where possible.

Standard UK delivery is £3.20 for orders under £50.00, all orders over £50.00 are free. Local deliveries are delivered free of charge or collection can be arranged.
